Hi, my name is Stacey Hardie and I am the Employment & Training Coordinator with the Citxw Nlaka’pamux Assembly. In my role, I support members in finding employment opportunities, accessing training programs, and exploring options that help them move toward their career and education goals.
Born and raised in the Kootenays, I moved to Merritt in 2008, where I raised my three boys. Living and raising a family in this community has been very meaningful to me, and I’m grateful to now be in a position where I can support members as they work toward new opportunities.
I enjoy connecting with people and helping them find the resources and support they need to take the next steps toward their goals.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband going for drives, baking, and relaxing with a good book.
I look forward to meeting and working with members and supporting them on their employment and training journeys.

Hello, my name is Jesanna Hughes. I grew up in Pemberton and moved to the Nicola Valley when I was around 12 years old.
Over the years I have connected deeply to the people who live here and the land that surrounds us. I feel fortunate to call this place home.
I am joining the CNA as the Employment and Training Assistant. I look forward to building strong relationships and helping those in the community!
